BLUE’S Thai Kitchen serves excellent Thai food, and it’s a place I genuinely love. I’ve visited multiple times over the last 4–5 years, and the food quality has remained consistently great. Chef Loima at times chats and recommends some dishes to try. The restaurant is quite small, with around six tables accommodating roughly 20 people, so it can feel cramped. Despite this, the service is super fast, and the team works efficiently to manage the crowd. One piece of feedback, the owner (often present) tends to stand very close to tables or hover around, which can feel uncomfortable. Regardless of the waiting outside, customers come for the experience and should be allowed to sit, relax, and enjoy their meal without feeling rushed or watched or someone being very direct or rude. Apart from this, everything else is excellent. Still a highly recommended spot for authentic Thai food. Blue's Kitchen by Loima, Bandra We visited Blues Kitchen by Loima on weekday evening and to our surprise, the place was empty, especially considering its popularity. Parking was easy to find, which was a pleasant start to the evening. For starters, we ordered the chicken gyoza. The service was commendable; the staff proactively offered to replace part of the gyoza which was a bit burnt without us even asking. We also tried the Tom Yum rice and the Spicy Men’s Chicken Basil. While both dishes were flavorful, the chicken had a slightly chewy texture that detracted from the experience. We were too full for dessert this time, but we’re definitely looking forward to trying it on our next visit. The ambiance was decent—nothing too fancy, but clean and inviting. Honestly, our meal reminded us of our travels to Thailand and Japan. We’ll surely return to explore more of the menu!
