Blue's Kitchen by Loima, Bandra We visited Blues Kitchen by Loima on weekday evening and to our surprise, the place was empty, especially considering its popularity. Parking was easy to find, which was a pleasant start to the evening. For starters, we ordered the chicken gyoza. The service was commendable; the staff proactively offered to replace part of the gyoza which was a bit burnt without us even asking. We also tried the Tom Yum rice and the Spicy Men’s Chicken Basil. While both dishes were flavorful, the chicken had a slightly chewy texture that detracted from the experience. We were too full for dessert this time, but we’re definitely looking forward to trying it on our next visit. The ambiance was decent—nothing too fancy, but clean and inviting. Honestly, our meal reminded us of our travels to Thailand and Japan. We’ll surely return to explore more of the menu!
