Very very ordinary nigiri - the chef doesn’t know how to make sushi well - doesn’t even know how to make sushi rice well. Indianized Japanese taste at best. Lots of fad associated with this place - probably mostly for sushi-roll people - but not worth it. Quality ingredients though - needs a better chef. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ₹2,000+

My second visit to Izumi Bandra was just as good as my first! I came back to celebrate my birthday this time and was greeted by the same warm hospitality, super food and great service. Do try their drinks, robata grilled meats and sushi platters for an authentic taste of Japan that’s hard to come by in the city.
