If you’re looking for one of the best Middle Eastern restaurants in Mumbai, Bayroute, Cuffe Parade is truly a must-visit. The moment you enter, you’re welcomed into a space that feels warm, elegant, and calming. The interiors glow with soft golden lights, Arabic patterns, and a soothing vibe making it perfect for dinner dates, family get-togethers, or a relaxing meal after a long day. The food at Bayroute is just as stunning as the ambience. The Palm Islands cocktail was refreshing with hints of coconut and pineapple smoke, and the Sumac De-light had a tangy, smoky balance that was simply unforgettable. The Kebab Halabi (minced chicken kebab) was juicy and full of bold, seven-spice flavors, perfectly paired with the Muhammara dip. The Tava Karides, made with buttery garlic prawns, and the Lavash Crust Chicken Kabsa with creamy Haydari dip were both show-stoppers. The Rubyan Meshwi (charcoal-grilled prawns) had a rich lemon-butter glaze and crisp fries on the side. To end on a sweet note, the Zaffrani Milk Cake was heavenly soft, aromatic, and beautifully plated. From the elegant ambience to the exquisite flavors, Bayroute Cuffe Parade offers a truly luxurious dining experience.
