Disastrous experience at Frangipani. Do NOT visit 1. No lift access 2. Ordered seafood broth and got tomato soup instead. Eventually we were given mushroom soup with an apology but that wasnt great either 3. Ordered Barramundi with plum sauce but we got fish with arrabbiata sauce instead 4. Ordered 2 portions of tortellini in pumpkin sauce. Only 1 portion was served. 2nd portion was served after 30min and that too with butter garlic and not pumpkin sauce. 5. Chef and staff service was terrible Ruined our entire evening. Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible by wheelchair Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
