Very disappointed in the Oberoi Patesserie staff today. As a customer I had placed my order a day in advance with the confirmation that it will be ready by 11 30 am. At 4 pm I was able to go pick up my order, where the staff is clueless about my order at first, then was informed to wait for 10 mins for it to be brought, I waited for 35 mins which delayed my appointment elsewhere. I asked to speak to the manager and was shunned with that. As a fan of the Patesserie and the brand for their great food, service and overall service culture I’m left deeply disappointed. Service: 1

The Oberoi Patisserie has been quite a lovely place every time I've visited it. Especially whilst we were working. It was "The" place to hang out, chill out & shop especially when you wanted some me time. But somehow it seems to have lost the charm ,the warmth. It's become very exhorbitant & choices are limited.
