The soft lighting, elegant décor, and calm vibe instantly make you feel welcome and at ease.When it comes to food, Bayroute never disappoints. Every dish is consistently flavorful, well-presented, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. We ordered an all-vegetarian spread, and each item stood out on its own. The hummus was smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced, pairing wonderfully with the freshly baked bread. The pide was delicious, with a soft yet slightly crisp base and rich toppings that felt indulgent without being heavy.The falafel was crisp on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, and cooked just right. The gozleme was another highlight—stuffed generously, perfectly grilled, and bursting with authentic taste. To end on a sweet note, the baklava shake was absolutely divine, combining the richness of baklava with a creamy shake texture, making it a must-try dessert.What truly elevates the experience is the service, which is nothing short of top-notch. Had an amazing time at Bayroute! The Tava Karides was unbelievably yum and the Harissa Chicken Kebab was super tender and full of flavour. The Chicken Afrikan was such a unique dish and the Lavash-crusted Chicken Kabsa totally stole the show. We loved the fizzy Strawberry Rush and Reyhan, and ended the meal perfectly with Baklava and ice cream. Definitely a must-visit!
