This is the greatest spot near Worli Fort. The truth is that you will really enjoy perfectly cooked hummus, garlic prawns and pork. A Delightful Lebanese Feast at Bayroute Palladium Having enjoyed Bayroute Colaba a couple of times with colleagues, I was eager to introduce my family to this renowned restaurant, known for its authentic Lebanese flavors and exquisite ambiance. Bayroute Palladium lived up to every expectation, offering a perfect blend of delicious food, warm hospitality, and an elegant dining experience. What We Ordered: We started with the Hummus Platter, a must-try for any Lebanese food lover. It came with five different hummus variations, including the smoky and flavorful Baba Ganoush. The platter was served with: Pita Bread (3 pieces) – Soft, fresh, and perfect for dipping. Falafel (4 pieces) – Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and packed with flavor. Pickled Vegetables – A tangy addition that complemented the dips beautifully. To accompany our meal, we ordered: Zaatar – A deliciously spiced Lebanese bread with herbs and olive oil. A Fig-Based Cocktail – Unique and refreshing, with a perfect balance of sweetness. Mojito & One Mocktail – Well-made and refreshing, perfect for a relaxed meal. Ambiance & Service: From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was captivating—a blend of Middle Eastern aesthetics, warm lighting, and a cozy yet elegant setting. The staff was attentive and courteous, ensuring that every dish was served with care and explaining the flavors to enhance our experience. Special Mention: Jayraj Suvarna. Bayroute Palladium is a must-visit for anyone who loves Lebanese cuisine. Whether you’re a fan of hummus, falafel, or Middle Eastern flavors, this place will leave you satisfied.
