I had an awful experience, this is the drink served to me with the can lid in it…it could have caused what damage god only knowsAs apology I was told the drink has been made free and we have given 20% discount on the meal What made me sad and surprised me is the extent to which such a prestigious brand would want to go to make the customer feel they are genuinely sorry…

We had an absolutely wonderful evening at Sette Mara at the St. Regis. The food was simply amazing – every dish was full of flavour, beautifully presented, and exceeded our expectations. The service truly made the night special. A heartfelt thank you to Umair, who took excellent care of us throughout the evening. He not only made fantastic recommendations that we loved, but also ensured everything was seamless and enjoyable. What stood out even more was how thoughtful the staff were with our baby, allowing us to enjoy our meal peacefully – something parents really appreciate. We were also celebrating my dad’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond by organising a lovely cake to make the evening extra special. Exceptional service, delicious food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere – Sette Mara delivered on all fronts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a refined yet relaxed dining experience.
