when i ordered a sandwitch they told me that they had the item in stock after payment they said they did not have the exact item which i ordered instead they were saying to buy other food which i did not want to they even refused to give me refund.

Had a terrible experience in Barista coffee, Park street. We ordered regular bubble coffee (Rs 325). While ordering they told us to add cookie crumble(Rs 50) to taste the coffee better and we agreed on that. Since we were willing to pay via zomato so they mentioned the amount which was Rs 525 and even denied to show us the bill before payment . They gave the bill while serving the coffee where we clearly saw that there was nothing on the add on. Now the main game was that they charged Rs 175 on the name of plum slice cake and told us that they don't have any add on in the menu so to show it in the main bill they just added Rs 175 in the name of Rs 50 *which was a complete scam* . They were giving lame excuses. Since the bill was paid and everything was done we were unable to take any actions. So please be aware of this fraud place.
