Crystal mall branch, Shiv, Archna and the entire team gave the best service!!! I am more than impressed. They made us feel at home and gave us the best time. Let alone the high quality food. Non veg is half cooked and blant in taste. This has happened on last two occassions. Previous manager at least used to take personal care of each table ensuring high service standard. The new manager is least bothered. We had to return wothout having food since for no one even brought plates for more than 30 mins. Even tables and sitting were dirty and even after cleaning, it remained sticky. Wash basin was choked and staff were just roaming here and there not paying attention to customers. Its better to avoid this stingy place. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
