Very Bad Experience – Burger King, Rajkot (Kalavad Road) We ordered a Softy Ice Cream at Burger King, Kalavad Road. The staff took our order and made us wait for around 10 minutes, and after that, the person at the counter informed us that Softy Ice Cream was not available. If the item was not available, why was the order accepted in the first place? This shows poor management, lack of coordination, and unprofessional staff behavior. Wasting customers’ time like this is completely unacceptable. No proper explanation or apology was given. This kind of service is very disappointing and not expected from a brand like Burger King. Management seriously needs to improve staff training and order handling. Highly dissatisfied. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
