I ordered through the Burger King app on 29.09.2025 at 11:00 PM and selected the option to pay at the counter. When I went to the counter, no one was available. I requested one staff member to accept payment, but he asked me to wait. I then approached another staff member, who also told me to wait. After some time, he left and asked another staff member to attend to me. Finally, the third staff member informed me that they were not accepting cash and asked me to make the payment online. If online payment was mandatory, I should have been informed right at the beginning. Instead, the staff kept passing responsibility from one to another before ultimately refusing to accept cash. This behavior caused unnecessary inconvenience and left me very disappointed with the service and attitude of the staff.
