I have never had a more shambolic dining experience—especially at a restaurant that dares to call itself part of a 5-star hotel. The audacity! Despite being seated for over 20 minutes and asking thrice, we weren’t even served water. No one took our order for another half hour, and when we finally did order, a simple deep-fried tofu dish took 45 minutes to arrive. How this place manages to function is beyond me. If I could, I’d give the service a 0/5. The best part? The restaurant wasn’t even full. There were plenty of vacant tables, and they certainly weren’t understaffed—yet the service was still painfully slow. The table lighting was so dim that the worn-out bulb above us was more of a relic than a light source. And to make matters worse, the music was blaring so loudly that we could barely hold a conversation across the table. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, this experience was not just disappointing—it made me question whether I should even continue my membership. You’re better off going to almost any other Japanese restaurant in the city. At least they honor their patrons’ time and value service above all else. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Went their for our anniversary and absolutely loved the place. Even though both of us were vegetarians, we found good options to eat. Both Chef Malvika and Madhumita took great consideration for us. One thing that was a highlight to me was when they got to know I was lactose intolerant, they presented me with an amazing vegan chocolate mouse dessert on the house. Absolutely made our day. I highly recommend the chicken yakatori and the veg sushi was amazing, but the noodle bowl was kinda mid otherwise I recommend going to this restaurant Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
