Once it was a 5 out 5 restaurant in puthiyatheru (in food taste and service and atmosphere etc) , after a while yesterday (24/04/2025) I gone that place to eat one plate shawarma ..oh ... it's completely transformed into a north indian street vender chapri horrible place with zero hygiene and all the Bengali workers going in and out everytime with thorthu(bath towel)dress in shoulder(from outside kitchen )like it's their home and with a very dirty dresses and laughing and playing around inside the restaurant (like we see in a stereo typical colony situation)., after eating the food I paid the bill and take the mouth freshner...it taste like sweet gudka(north indian tobacco likewise )...I had enough.....I won't recommend that place ever to anyone (only if they change the basic hygiene culture , I will recommend it again). Horrible experience... horrible work culture now Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve experienced the poorest customer service ever at this hotel during two separate visits—one for dine-in and the other for takeaway—under different circumstances, one with a crowded setting and the other less so. The staff’s attitude was consistently poor both times; they seemed indifferent to customers standing in front of them and focused only on phone orders. On both occasions, I left deeply disappointed and feeling like my time was wasted, without even getting to try the food. Service: 1

Very poor service and a very bad place and cleanliness of the place I have never seen in my life. Always a dusty atmosphere, And no guarantee for the food quality because they didn't clean the place always looking like a trash place. Pls don't go, if you care about your health then don't go.
