Avoid This Place If You’re a Football Fan! Absolutely terrible experience at JK Park Residency Puthiyatheru ! This place claims to be a resto bar where only live cricket is promoted , the management doesn’t even know how to set up channels for live Premier League matches. When we asked them to put on the game, they acted completely clueless and didn’t bother to fix it. It seemed like the management and some staffs wanted see cricket and that’s why they didn’t bother about our request to screen English Premier League. What’s the point of having TVs if you can’t show the biggest football matches? The staff had no idea how to operate the system, and instead of solving the issue, they just gave lame excuses ( They said they don’t have remote and the network guy is on leave). Clearly, they are not interested in providing a good experience for customers. If you’re a football fan, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. They actually don’t understand what a resto bar is supposed to be. The poor service and unprofessional management make this place an absolute joke. Service: 1
