Indian cuisine is to visitors' liking at this restaurant. BKC DIVE. boasts good tandoori chicken tikka, chicken pies and paneer. Most guests recommend trying tasty chocolate pastry, orange brownies and white chocolate mousse. Drink delicious white sangria, draft beer or cordial, it's a must when visiting this place. You will be offered great mint tea, lime juice or chocolate frappe.

At this spot, you can celebrate any party, whether it's an anniversary, a wedding or a birthday party. A number of people note that the staff is efficient here. I almost never write reviews, good or bad, but had to do this so here goes:Walked in on an empty Friday afternoon. Took a table and was told (rather rudely) by the server Vijay that I need to sit in the other section as this section was closed. Fair enough. I then proceeded to take a seat in the open section and was asked for my name and number. When I gave my name but declined to give my number, I was told it is required for the reservation (in an empty restraunt, really?). My number was then demanded from me saying that every place in Bombay ask fors it, which is as far from the truth as one can stretch their imagination. I was then told that the manager Dinesh has asked me to come to the bar to discuss what's wrong. Hospitality at its finest wouldn't you say? Summon your patron because of course we are here to do Dineshs bidding. Fortunately the king decides to step down from his hallowed throne and come to me, a mere mortal to argue and force his point that every place requires me to give a phone number. By now, I was exasperated by his idioticness, arrogance and the sweltering bombay heat, so decided it would be in my best interest to leave this sketchy place. I go over to Pop Tates next door and lo and behold!! no number or name asked. Just a table given with great service. Dear BKC Dive promoters, you perhaps maybe targeting a clientele that is okay being spoken to arrogantly and deal with the crap service that your management is doling out (clearlt with a 4.3 star raring!) .However, there do exist a 1000 better places in this amazing city where they understand the importance of being courteous and respecting a clients justified expectation of their privacy. Wish you the very best. You may just need it with your current management. Ciao! :)
