I visited Bawri in Mumbai with my family for lunch while I was in the city to watch the India vs England T20 World Cup semi-final match. Honestly, it’s one of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve visited so far. I travel a lot and try many restaurants, but this one truly stood out. The ambience is amazing and very unique. They have multiple types of seating arrangements and you can sit wherever you like—upstairs or downstairs. Every corner of the restaurant has its own vibe and looks beautiful. The food presentation was also on another level. The mutton seekh kebab was presented in such a unique way, unlike the usual simple style you see everywhere. It was both visually impressive and delicious. We also tried Paathar ka Gosht, Tangri Kebab, and Prawns, and all of them were fantastic. For the main course we ordered Mutton Biryani, Mutton Nihari, Butter Chicken, and Yellow Dal. Everything tasted amazing. The mutton biryani portion was quite generous—perfect for 3–4 people. The butter chicken was rich, creamy, and very buttery. For breads, the Cheese Naan was very unique and the Khamiri Roti was incredibly soft and delicious—literally melting in the mouth. For dessert, we had Cheesecake and Jalebi Rabri, and both were worth trying. The cheesecake was excellent, and the jalebi was thin and crispy with plenty of authentic, high-quality rabri. We recently visited Bawri for lunch, and the experience was truly amazing. The restaurant has beautiful, aesthetic interiors with a warm and elegant vibe that makes it perfect for a relaxed dining experience.We started with Mutton Kakori Kebab and Chicken Smoked Tikka, both perfectly cooked and packed with rich flavors. Alongside, the Hibiscus Cranberry Lemonade and Kaji Lemon Ice Tea were refreshing and well-balanced.For mains, the Bawri Butter Chicken with Bawri Naan was creamy and indulgent, while the Mutton Biryani stood out with its aromatic spices and tender meat.We ended on a high note with the Masala Chai Cheesecake, which was a unique and delightful dessert. Overall, a wonderful lunch experience with great food, ambience, and service.

Recently visited Bawri with my family, and I must say the experience was wonderful. The staff is extremely courteous and attentive—they don’t just serve you but also suggest great dishes from the menu.We tried a few chaat items, the jackfruit biryani, kesar jalebi, and a crispy lotus stem vegetable served with lachcha paratha and aloo kulcha. Every dish was prepared beautifully and tasted amazing.Definitely looking forward to coming back again!
