Tourists like Indian dishes at this restaurant. Bawri serves perfectly cooked veggie naan, paneer and dal makhani. Try good gulab jamun, yogurt and chocolate cakes. Get your meal started with delicious whiskey, rose gin or bitter. Enjoy great chocolate frappe, ice tea or fruit tea.
A homely atmosphere and beautiful interior make this place so good. The terrific staff meets you at this spot all year round. Prices are found democratic here. Google gives it 4.5 so you can choose this restaurant to spend a good time here.

We visited Chef Amninder Sandhu’s Bawri. I had been wanting to visit this place for quite some time. BAWRI known for its beautiful ambiance and desi food. We had Pahadi Picante cocktail and GO Gaga from the signature cocktails. Both were great. For appetisers, on our sever’s recommendation, we ordered Gunpowder Paneer and Manipuri Black Dosa and Thecha Potatoes. Both these items were served within 5 mins (max 10 mins) of us placing order, which honestly made us question whether those were prepared in advance in anticipation. The dosa was really good though. Thecha Potato, on the other hand, surprised us in the beginning with its Poha chivda layer and Mashed Potato filling inside. But the Thecha did not have the kick to it. And it felt like a mellow version of it. This could have been served with a side of thecha to kinda componsenate the non spiciness of it. For mains, we decided to skip the recommendation by the server and opted for Lasooni Palak with Bawri Naan. Full 10/10 for this. We both loved it. We also had the veg biryani with Burani Raita. This again, tasted very good but didnt sit well with me. The desert that we chose was Bawri Jamun with Rabdi. Another 10/10. You just can’t miss this.

I recently visited Bawri in BKC, and it was a delightful experience that beautifully blends tradition with modern flair. The ambience is warm, artistic, and rooted in Indian heritage, with thoughtful details like rose-petal greetings and an open-fire kitchen. The food truly stands out—dishes like the lotus stem galouti,thecha aloo and Bawri handi were bursting with authentic yet innovative flavors. Their bread basket is a must-try, and the oversized Bawri jamun with rose rabdi makes for the perfect sweet ending. The mocktails, crafted with indigenous fruits, complemented the meal wonderfully. Service was attentive and added to the overall charm. While the prices are on the higher side, the experience felt worth it for the creativity, taste, and ambience.
