The entire experience of staying here is amazing from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. The staff leave no stone unturned to make your experience special. The aesthetic is just beautiful. With traditions in every corner to enhance your experience. There are musicians. There are small traditional ceremonies and experience experiences. The restaurants are wonderful and honestly this is one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever experienced. The rooms are just simply beautiful. I honestly could not flaw anything about my stay. The staff are exceptional.

A big thank you to Abdul Basit at Fairmont Jaipur for being so kind and helpful during my stay. I have gluten and dairy allergies, and he made sure I was always taken care of. He was attentive, warm, and genuinely thoughtful, which really stood out. The hospitality was wonderful, and his care made my experience at Fairmont Jaipur truly memorable.

We stayed at Fairmont with high expectations, given the reputation and the premium price point. Overall, the experience turned out to be average, mainly due to factors beyond the room or staff quality. During our entire stay, the hotel was hosting multiple wedding and corporate events, which made the property extremely busy and crowded. When you pay for a luxury hotel, you naturally expect peace, exclusivity, and relaxation—unfortunately, that was missing here. There were loud DJ sounds late into the night, clearly audible in the room, which made it very difficult for our young child to sleep. This was quite disappointing, especially for a family stay. Additionally, the swimming pool was closed for private wedding events for all three days of our stay. After paying a high tariff, not being able to use one of the key amenities at all felt unfair. Guests should ideally be compensated when such facilities are unavailable. On the positive side: The food quality was good. Room service staff were prompt and courteous. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained.
