We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Zarin, and a big part of that was thanks to Keshav. He attended to us during dinner with exceptional warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. What truly set his service apart was the way he thoughtfully introduced us to elements of Japanese culture—explaining the significance of the gong at the entrance, sharing the story behind the special samurai tea kettle, and even bringing out the Musha Ningyo doll, adding a meaningful cultural layer to our dining experience. These small yet impactful details made the evening feel immersive and truly special. A special mention to Chirag, who took the time to show us around the Fairmont Jaipur property and explained everything so thoughtfully. His knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm while walking us through the hotel reflected genuine hospitality. He ensured we understood the essence of the property and made the entire tour both informative and enjoyable. Together, Keshav and Chirag showcased the highest standards of service and hospitality.
