Disappointing Experience – Quality has dropped significantly! Rating: / 5 I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Awadh Restaurant, Naihati. This place used to be decent, but now everything has gone downhill. 1. Poor Food Quality & Taste: The food quality has deteriorated drastically. The authentic taste is missing, and the flavors are now very bland. To make matters worse, the portion sizes (quantity) have also decreased compared to before. 2. Unjustified Price Hike: Despite the fall in quality and quantity, they have increased their prices significantly. It is no longer value for money. 3. Unethical "Cake Cutting" Charges: We went there for a special occasion, and they charged us an extra fee just for cutting a cake! There is absolutely no reason for this service charge. 4. Shady Billing Practices: The most frustrating part is that they don’t even include this "extra charge" in the official bill. They take it separately, which feels very unprofessional and unethical. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good food or transparent service. Save your money and go elsewhere. Just one word - Perfect ! We were told to dine in the 3rd floor. The food , ambience everything was perfect. One stop destination for the awadhi lovers. Gaulauti Kebabs and Biriyani the best , Must Try. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
