Pros- 1) Variety of foods. 2) Great Taste. 3) Food serving time is good. 4) Huge Sitting Arrangement. 5) Dedicated staff for Line management Before Entrance. 6) An Underrated Bengoli Thali is available But not Added in their menu which is good quality and quantity....Try Once. Cons- 1) Where we sit...Air conditioning was not working which was not expected from them. Nothing Else.... Great Taste of Biriyani Always..... I would like to review Dada Boudi Hotel. First of all, I want to mention that this place is very famous in Barrackpore. However, there are several things that I feel are really disappointing and worth mentioning. Taste-wise, their mutton biryani is good, no doubt. The heavy, oily mutton piece is actually quite enjoyable to eat, and I personally like it. However, the portion is extremely heavy for one person, and after finishing the meal, you often feel uncomfortably full and heavy. But the worst part of the experience is the way customers are made to wait. You literally have to stand outside in the scorching sun in a long queue, almost as if you are waiting for free food at a community kitchen. Then, once you get inside, there is another queue just to get a seat. Honestly, I don’t understand the logic behind making customers go through so much waiting. Even after finally getting a seat, ordering the biryani can take almost an hour. It feels like the customer’s time has absolutely no value. People are paying a good amount of money for the food, so at the very least, their time and comfort should be respected. If the restaurant charges this much for its food, there should at least be a proper waiting area or waiting room for customers instead of making them stand outside on the roadside for such a long time. The food may be popular, but the overall customer experience and waiting system seriously need improvement.
