This place has some of the most rude, mean and discriminatory staff I have ever seen. The manager didn’t provide any information about the event that was going on there( there was no mention of it here as well on the app) when he called to confirm my booking. There was a fixed menu for the event and not a regular menu you see here and this was informed on the spot to us when we asked. We were seated on subpar chairs and a small table which barely could fit their lamp while other guests were given bigger tables for no reason. On asking, they didn’t even give a proper answer and didn’t even offer to change our table which is pathetic and discriminatory. Worst place to visit in Pune. Come here only if you wish to be embarrassed by their ego filled managers and waiters

I've been a regular at Asilo, and have always had great cocktails and good food here. Today, even though I was there only for a little while, I received good service. Rohan was quite courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this place if one wants to spend a chill evening with one's friends or family.
