Unpleasant Experience at Ashapuri Dining Hall, Aundh(Parihar chowk) Picked up a parcel of dal bati tadka today, and the experience was truly disappointing. The dal was spoiled and had a strong, unpleasant odor—clearly not fresh. When we returned to let the staff know, the owner/manager dismissed the issue entirely, claiming it was served to other customers without complaints and suggesting the smell was due to garlic or a spoon. No real accountability. No genuine concern. Just a reluctant offer to replace the dish or refund it. Food safety should never be compromised. What we received was unfit for consumption—and dangerous. I urge customers to think twice before ordering from here. The way this was handled shows a lack of seriousness about hygiene and customer care.
