Very good food. We order delivery often and have yet to experience any "bad" dishes. I lived in China for a few years, so it was refreshing to get some authentic flavors after moving to Pune. Not sure about people complaining about watery or stale food. Maybe they want local Pune flavors of Chinese food? We have had veg and most of the Chicken dishes, except lollipops... and everything was cooked properly. Every dish should be cooked differently, battered... differently. There's a lot of restaurants in Pune giving one sauce or slathering chili garlic on everything. That is not correct or authentic Chinese food. And yes, some sauces are more watery or oily than others. Know what you are ordering, people. Mr. Chow's has a lot of authentic food, and variety to choose from. We are definitely happy customers.
