NH37 Dhaba in Pune is an absolute gem for highway travelers and easily one of the best dhabas around Pune. After driving continuously for almost four hours, we were extremely hungry and tired, and this place turned out to be a lifesaver. What truly made the experience exceptional was the service before we even arrived. I called the restaurant and requested if they could prepare the food in advance since we were just 10 minutes away. Initially, the request was declined, but after explaining our situation, the person (Vishal) on the call kindly agreed. And to my pleasant surprise, the food was ready the moment we reached. That level of accommodation is rare and deeply appreciated. A special mention to Vishal, he genuinely made our day. His attitude, responsiveness, and customer-first approach reflect what true hospitality should look like. Experiences like these stay with you long after the meal is over. Coming to the food - super amazing is an understatement. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. It’s the kind of food that immediately re-energizes you after a long drive.
