Had the Chicken Tikka and a Cashew based Curry, both well balanced and tailored to our spice preferences. The winners though were the cultured butter (served with Papadums) and the service staff. Definitely going back to try a wider menu. Pro Tip: Call ahead and check if they are serving the Rajasthani Fixed Menu (Thali). Worth the five star review. This hotel and restaurant is one fine piece of aesthetics. Each and every corner is beautiful and will make you feel like a royalty. Excellent service by such a courteous staff. They made the experience even better. Arkaa is a progressive north india cuisine restaurant. The avocado chaat bites they welcomed us with was a true blast of flavours inside the mouth. Paneer rolls in the starters was a very tasty item. Malai kofta and naan was a perfect combo of flavour. This is a must visit place for dining.
