If you like the Indian cuisine, you should visit this restaurant. If hungry, come here for nicely cooked lamb tikka, garlic prawns and chef salads. Tasty yogurt, lemon cheesecakes and gelato will impress you at the first bite. Check out good desert wine, gin or cordial. A collection of great fresh juices, masala chai or mango lassi is recommended to guests.
You can listen to live music in the evening. The staff is appealing that's what makes AnnaMaya FoodHall - Andaz Delhi so nice. Visitors say that the service is nice here. I visited AnnaMaya - Andaz last night hoping for a pleasant evening, but the experience was completely ruined, not by the food, but by the appalling behavior displayed by a member of the team, identified as Ankit Patwal.It is rare that I feel compelled to write a review based solely on the atmosphere, but what I witnessed was truly disturbing. Throughout the evening, Mr. Patwal was observed behaving in an aggressive and demeaning manner towards the service staff and workers. His conduct was not only unprofessional; it was abusive.Watching him berate hardworking staff members in full view of customers was incredibly uncomfortable and destroyed any semblance of a dining experience. It created a hostile and tense environment that made everyone around us uneasy. No employee deserves to be spoken to with such disrespect, and no paying customer should have to witness that kind of workplace toxicity.Regardless of the quality of the food, I cannot support an establishment that allows such disgraceful behavior from its leadership or senior staff. Until AnnaMaya - Andaz addresses this management issue and ensures their workers are treated with basic human dignity, I will not be returning, and I strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere.
