Service is very poor. Whatever you order, they forgot something in that order. Food delivery atleast 30 min after you order. We order mawa chiken , they serve chiken tikka, they think that what ever they serve, customer will eat, customer have no idea, how the ordered food taste. They think customers are fool. Late ho raha hai, customer ko kuch bhi dedo, dish k naam pe. As it’s in aerocity, they think, customer will come only once. Food is fine. But service is pathetic.

Qavalli gave me the best Indian food I have tried in my trip to India.Not only the atmosphere and ambiance light are superb, the decorations and dinnerware are pleasant to your eyes. Chef Malik came to my table to discuss with me the accommodations for the level of spices in my order (I can’t tolerate too hot/spicy food). The Manager Mr. Anil and my waiter Hari came to my table after the meal was served to asked me how the food was. Small details like delicious chilled rose water at the beginning of the dinner and a delicious spice selection to end a memorable dinner. Not to mention the reasonable prices. Thanks a lot, Qavalli Aerocity for such an unforgettable experience. I will come back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
