Qavalli gave me the best Indian food I have tried in my trip to India.Not only the atmosphere and ambiance light are superb, the decorations and dinnerware are pleasant to your eyes. Chef Malik came to my table to discuss with me the accommodations for the level of spices in my order (I can’t tolerate too hot/spicy food). The Manager Mr. Anil and my waiter Hari came to my table after the meal was served to asked me how the food was. Small details like delicious chilled rose water at the beginning of the dinner and a delicious spice selection to end a memorable dinner. Not to mention the reasonable prices. Average Food, But Impeccable Vibes Went there on my birthday eve. The ambience at Qawalli is truly impressive—warm, inviting, and thoughtfully curated. Service was prompt and professional, and hygiene standards seemed well-maintained throughout. As for the food, it was decent—nothing particularly memorable( tried their daal makhani, garlic naan, and paneer butter masala) They do charge an additional ₹5000 for two people if you want to attend the Qawalli night, which starts post 10 PM and needs to be pre-booked. If you don’t have a Qawalli booking, you can still dine, but you’ll need to wrap up before 10. Unfortunately, I had to leave early and couldn’t stay for the full performance, but I caught a glimpse while they were setting up—and it looked absolutely electric. The vibe alone felt like a 10/10 experience. If you're going for the atmosphere and the music, it's probably worth it. The food was decent, but definitely not worth the high prices. What really disappointed me was the additional charge just for serving the food — something that should be a basic part of the dining experience. It felt like the focus was more on profit than customer satisfaction. Overall, the ambiance was fine, but the value for money just wasn’t there. Not a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for a fair and satisfying dining experience.
