The waiters and manager were not warm and friendly enough. The server had a problem to serve the drinks in our package until we called manager. Food menu said Sushi but it was not available. No waiter checked at the table during entire duration if we needed anything. I have been to many 5 Star restaurants in New Delhi but the experience at Food Exchange was the lowest. This hotel shares its boundary with Pullman that has Farmers Basket which is much more better in terms of taste, variety and staff. Please go to any other Buffer place in Delhi NCR but do not spoil your experience here.
