You are to find nicely cooked breakfast sandwiches, white sauce pasta and butter chicken. If hungry, come here for tasty chocolate croissants, bagels and chocolate marshmallows. When visiting Amro Cafe, it's a must to try great French coffee, hot chocolate or chocolate milk.
This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the visitors' viewpoint, prices are average. There is a homey atmosphere and terrific decor at this spot. Google gives it 4.3 so you can select Amro Cafe to spend a good time here.

Visited Amro Cafe today with my husband for Valentine’s Day. The cafe is nice and the food was quite good, so that part was fine. However, the experience was spoiled because of very poor management and rude behaviour by the manager, Rishu (wearing spectacles). There were no Valentine’s Day decorations, which honestly is not a big issue. The main problem was crowd handling. We had already reserved a table through Zomato and had also paid for the reservation. Still, we were told that it would take one hour, even though there was not much waiting. Our names were not even taken. When we asked the manager what was the point of a paid reservation if we were still being denied a table, Mr. Rishu responded very rudely and told us to call customer care, cancel the reservation, and leave, saying they could not do anything about it. This is not the kind of treatment we expect from someone at a manager level, and it was extremely disappointing. He repeatedly ignored us, asked us again and again to cancel and leave, and said he was too busy and did not have time to talk. At one point, he directly asked us to go. Later, another staff member wearing a black or navy blue shirt politely told us that outside seating was available. We waited for around 10 minutes, and shortly after that, a table inside was cleared and we were seated. This clearly showed that the one-hour waiting time given earlier was unnecessary. On a positive note, Animesh, one of the waiters, was extremely polite and helpful. He assisted us with cutlery, suggested dishes, and tried his best to make our experience better. Thank you, Animesh, for handling the situation professionally. Suggestion: Please train your management staff—especially the manager Rishu, on customer handling, communication, and managing reservations properly. Paying customers should never be treated this way. Food was good, but the management experience was very disappointing.
