The mutton haleem at Paradise Hotel had a good taste with rich spices and authentic Hyderabadi flavor. It was served hot and felt comforting, making it enjoyable at the first few bites. However, the haleem was ground into a very fine paste, and unfortunately small bone pieces were present. Because of this, I had to eat it with a lot of precaution. This was quite disappointing, especially as it made me hesitate to serve it to my kids, which shouldn’t be a concern for a dish like haleem. Overall, Good taste and flavour but Presence of bone pieces & over-granulated texture While the taste is good, better quality control is needed, especially to ensure it’s safe and family-friendly.
