Visited Pakka Local Hitech City with my family. The ambience and overall atmosphere are good, and the place looks clean and well maintained. Staff behavior was also polite and supportive. However, the food taste was very average and did not meet expectations, especially considering the pricing and brand image. Dishes lacked flavor and consistency, and nothing really stood out in terms of taste. Overall, while the service and ambience are decent, the main purpose of visiting a restaurant is food, and this area needs significant improvement.
