Respect is only shown to individuals who are well-dressed and can communicate in English and Hindi. During my visit with my daughter, we were treated poorly. Regardless of the food quality, without a competent staff, there will be no room for improvement. We had ordered a custom pineapple pastry from Amma's pastries for my 2 year old's birthday. In spite of placing the order well in advance we were made to wait for an hour from the promised time to take the delivery. This was just the beginning of the disappointment for us! The cake disintegrated within 5 minutes of being placed on the cake table!! I would rather have burnt the 6500 rupees I spent on the cake! Terrible bakers! Go for them only if you want to ruin your event.
