Chai was fine, but they gave one cup less. instead of giving 4 cups they only gave 3 cups. Usually they give 'pot for 4' chai in 2.medium sized flasks because they don't have big sized flasks now for sending 4 cups in one flask. Today afternoon they sent my 4 cups order in only 1 medium sized flask, which can hold only 2 and a half cups only. This is not good customer service for regular customers like me.

Chai Galli is a fantastic place to hang out! The old-school movie theme gives it a unique and nostalgic vibe, making it a perfect spot for tea lovers. The tea I had was exceptional, and the snacks complemented it well. Great ambiance, friendly staff, and a memorable experience overall. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing time. 5 stars
