An authentic kerala style restaurant in the middle of the Hyderabad city where one can go and experience the purest form of kerala style dishes with some tweaks to the liking of hyderabad people. One must try their Malabar Chicken biriyani which will be available in the Afternoon time only. If you are a fish lover, then you can try Fish semi gravy along with Parotta or Aapam. Also their Kothu Parota is also one of the must try dishes because it blends the style of Kerala and Tamilnadu. Also the seating in the restaurant should be improved to attract more people so that people can come and enjoy all mouth watering delicacies. Akson Restaurant is the place to go if you're wanting real Kerala food. I enjoyed sampling their traditional Keralan cuisine, and each dish was a lovely exploration of Keralan flavours. The river fish, or tapiola, used in the fish fry was expertly seasoned and fried, resulting in a crispy outside and a juicy, flavourful interior. The fragrant rice and well-balanced spices in the Malabar chicken biryani went nicely with the juicy chicken chunks. The rich and creamy chicken korma, with its velvety texture and ideal spice balance, was the ideal match for the soft and slightly sweet appam. Akson Restaurant's atmosphere enhanced the encounter, with cosy, welcoming surroundings that put me at ease.
