The restaurant called me and informed that they will not honour the booking on special occassion days like Rakhi and forced me to cancel the booking. The restaurant should have removed the listing from food platforms if it cannot honour the bookings but asking customer to cancel due to their fault is very bad customer experience. avoid such restaurant who do not have customer focus.

It was my first time visiting Jalpaan. The first impression was good. Ambience was good. Food was tasty. Service was good. Only I can suggest is they should add some more starters to the buffet. My son was searching for noodles as most of the people would like to have, but it was missing that disappointed him.
