My experience at Chill restaurant's buffet in Radisson Blu Hotels, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad was truly exceptional! We celebrated my friend’s 60th birthday with a group of 30 ladies, and every aspect of our visit was delightful. The variety and quality of food offered were outstanding. From traditional Hyderabadi delicacies to continental dishes, there was something to please every palate. We started with refreshing panipuri and a flavorful vegetable Manchow soup. The assortment of starters, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, was impressive; the crunchy paneer was particularly memorable. The live counters were a highlight, offering an interactive experience as chefs prepared fresh and delicious dishes right before our eyes. The Dal Makhani and Thai green curry were exceptionally well-made. To end on a sweet note, the hot jalebi and rabri were absolutely lip-smacking. The ambiance struck a perfect balance between elegance and relaxation, creating an ideal setting for a leisurely meal. The staff were attentive and courteous, ensuring our dining experience was both comfortable and memorable.
