Rude Staff – Worst Customer Service Ever I had a terrible experience at Hotel Akshaya. We just asked for a lime juice, and the customer service employee who serves food – an aged, tall man – behaved very rudely. His arrogant tone and disrespectful attitude ruined the entire visit. We were shocked by how badly we were treated for such a simple request. the lime juice we were served was just as bad – watery, tasteless. Terrible service, terrible food. This was honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever faced. I will never go back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic courtesy. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
