I went two times there. First time I ordered chicken mushroom soup and American chopsy. 1. Chicken mushroom soup - the soap was having chicken smell. I think the chicken was not properly washed. നല്ല രീതിയിൽ ചിക്കന്റെ ഉളുമ്പുനാറ്റം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. The soup only contains some chicken pieces and some mushroom pieces in plane cornflour sauce. No Herbs no garlic no seasonings, no garnishing... Literally nothing. 2. American chopsy is quite good. But that is meant for 4 to 5 persons. The sweet and Tangy flavour is good to taste only if we are eating 1/5th portion. എക്സ്ട്രാ കഴിച്ചാൽ മട്ടയ്ക്കും. Instead of chicken, they Just added chicken skin which is not acceptable. My next visit I ordered Teriyaki chicken and chicken noodle soup. Again chicken is not washed in soup. Teriyaki chicken is suggested by the staff but it is tasteless as per my view. Quantity is less because half of the plate is bell peppers. I think they simply added some bell peppers to some balance in the kitchen. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Dear Amala, First of all I want to clarify one of your misconception about the chicken not being washed and that's why you felt the chicken smell which is wrong. We use chicken broath for the preparation of soup stock which is the base of all the soups. This is a very long process of boiling chicken bones and meat with herbs and some vegetables boiled for hours and kept in simmering. This will infuse the cartilage and flavour from the bones and meat completely to bring the smell and flavour of chicken. Some hotels use normal boiling water with some herbs as a base for soups and they might use taste maker or chicken cube powder to infuse the flavour which is artificial ingredients. Unfortunately you have ordered both bland flavoured thin soups which doesn't have much added flavours to it. There are soups like sweet corn which everyone prefer. Or the one with garlic and ginger added its hot and sour or chicken manchow soup. Not every soup Will have garlic and ginger because its allergic to some customers. Unless you give a special instructions to add the ingredients only then we prepare it according to your taste buds. Coming to the American chopsuey which is mainly of tomato sauce flavoured so the sweetness and tanginess is there which won't impress everyone. But American chopsuey is one of the fast moving meal in our outlet ordered mostly by youngsters customers. And the last things about the bell pepper and onions, mostly the Chinese dishes are prepared with these vegetables, its a must to add ingredient in mostly all Chinese dishes.. but please don't think its cheap so we add it more 1kg capsicum cost 100-120rs. So we are getting a first time feedback from customer complaining about the quantity in one portion. We strive our best to provide the best quantity and quality food to our customers always at an affordable price. If anything you need to clarify please contact: 8891180711.
