I ordered South Indian meals from Navaratna Restaurant, Thrissur through Zomato and was shocked to find plastic waste in the rice. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. We expect clean, safe food when we order from a reputed platform and restaurant — not health hazards. This kind of negligence is dangerous and disappointing. I will definitely not order from here again and strongly urge others to be cautious.
