I have ordered many times from this restaurant via different food delivery platforms, today was the first time I have received item in a packaging in which nowhere 'afraa deli' name was mentioned. It came in 'Loafer' s cafe' packaging. I raised the query via zomato support, they simply told that afraa deli has informed them that both the restaurants have same owner (ambuja neotia group which I searched from google) so they have given the order in this packaging but I am not willing to believe in this as I have ordered pizza before also and it had come in afraa deli packaging only. Even the bill itself does not have afraa deli name mentioned. I called the restaurant but no one responded over the call as well. This is a really disappointing experience.
