The food was below expectations. The buffet spread looked appealing at first, but there was nothing impressive in taste. Surprisingly, there were no prawns or seafood items at all, which was quite disappointing for the price charged. Service was another letdown. The staff seemed inattentive, especially towards elderly guests. No one came to serve or assist them, and requests had to be repeated several times before being addressed. As a 5-star property, the expectation is premium quality and experience. Unfortunately, my recent visit to Seasonal Tastes fell short in several areas: 1. The kebabs were overpowered with rose water, masking their natural flavors. 2. The live grill section was disappointing. Options like Bhola fish don’t reflect 5-star standards, and the cooking was inconsistent—several pieces were undercooked and raw. 3. The mutton served at the buffet was mostly bones and fat. Only after insisting did we get a proper portion at our table, which should never be the case in a luxury buffet. 4. No prawn dishes at all—surprising and unacceptable at this price point. 5. The most concerning issue: mosquitoes roaming inside the restaurant. For a 5-star, this is a serious lapse in hygiene and guest comfort. The staff’s response—bringing an electric bat after we raised the issue—was far from reassuring. Overall, the experience was well below what one expects from Westin. I sincerely hope management treats this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹2,000+
