I would like to share some feedback based on my recent experiences at your facility. While I truly appreciate the quality of care and how efficiently doctors are available for consultation, the situation at the pharmacy is quite concerning. Each visit—typically once a month—I find myself waiting nearly two hours just to collect prescribed medicines. This long waiting time is both inconvenient and distressing, especially for patients who may already be unwell or elderly. I sincerely hope that steps can be taken to improve the pharmacy experience, such as increasing staff, optimizing the process, or implementing a token or appointment-based system. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to seeing improvements in the future.
