I recently had lunch here and was impressed with the food quality. However, the service was lacking. One major issue was finding a fly in my payasam! I requested a replacement, but the server was slow to respond. I had to ask another staff member to assist, who promptly replaced the dish. Worst hotel in Pollachi Amutha Surabhi. Worst service ever, making people wait for food more than 25 min. Why can't you hire some suppliers. If you can't hire people for supply then kindly shutdown your hotel and put a road side shop with same brand name. Had superb meals and tried mushroom 65, good taste and worth the money.. has kids area place also which includes benefit for family. Do visit if you are on the way to Coimbatore.
