SP hotel doesn't fail to satisfy customer choices. Garlic prawns was a blast! Too good. The prawns are basically fried with corn flour mix and sauted with garlics and sauces, that gave a wonderful taste. However I was foreseeing to consume avoiding the flour cover and removed the fried corn flour part and had the plain prawns with some. garlics and sauce. Wowe even the plain prawns has the masala absorbed well. Overall u try it as it is or u try it removing the corn flour wrap, you are gonna enjoy this.. I have tried prawns from. other hotels as well but SP seems on of the best and I heard they source their meat everyday which is a good news concerning health too
