"Deepali Konde" truly made today’s experience special at HOTEL 84 EAST, she was incredibly polite, attentive, and active throughout. What stood out most was the warmth she showed making me feel genuinely cared for like a mother, while maintaining complete professionalism. Balancing such kindness with efficiency isn’t easy, and she did it effortlessly, hat's off to her!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Food is teasty but service is worst.
Need to improve the service. I visited first time my first impression is ambiance’s is good but service is worst. servered cold food. Except ambiance not enjoy service not the food.
