Seems like this particular outlet is struggling. Most of the menu is out of stock ( all desserts, bowl, soup bowl, dimsums, no prawns, 40% of the starters ). No soap or tissue at the washbasin. The food tasted decent, but was covered in a thick coating of oil which left the stomach feeling not great. The wait time is extremely long, simple starters take 45mins to 1hour. Do not visit. I order chicken rice and chilli chicken boneless but inside chicken bone was the i fully disappointment totally my money waste. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400

Exceptionally poor service by apologetic staff. Looks like takeaways would be preferred over restaurant diners everything. Restaurant is virtually overrun with takeaway providers. Photos attached.
