Ambience looked posh from the outside but with eagle eyes one cud sight cushions of chairs torn and dirty.
Serivce i wud say was turtle paced.
We ordered dosas at the live counter and it took forever to be made.
The buffet spread was also very mediocre. Not like the ones we find in Mumbai.
It was surprising that only scrambled eggs was part of the buffet and of u wanted half fry/omlette/boiled eggs then they wud be charged.
The orange juice which everyone likes and was good was available only in one jar and took a lot of time to get refilled.
All in all a very okaish experience
At twenty fifth hour u wont need more time.
I was staying in the hotel so has a chance to eat breakfast. In the restaurant there were barely any guest however 70% of the tables were unclean and instead of cleaning those , the server asked me to occupy a distant corner table. Terrible.
Idly was hard and cold , same was true for bread . It’s a pity that in Chennai you had to eat those hard idly wherein one expects soft and hot Ones.
