Visited Vadeshwar at Baner today. The food quality was good as expected, but the service was extremely disappointing. There was no one available to take our order for a long time, and very few staff members were attending to customers. When I raised this concern at the counter, it was completely ignored. What was more disappointing was the arrogant response from guy at billing counter when I mentioned sharing feedback on Google — instead of addressing the issue, I was bluntly told to go ahead and write it. Vadeshwar is a well-known brand and such service is not what customers expect. Hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff attentiveness and customer handling.
