Review: 1 Star (Would give zero if possible) I had one of the worst dining experiences ever at this restaurant, and I feel compelled to warn others before they waste their time and money like I did. Food Quality: 1/10 The food was absolutely terrible. It was bland, tasteless, and felt like it was made with zero care or effort. The flavors were completely off, and everything we ordered tasted either stale or undercooked. I’ve had better food at roadside stalls for a fraction of the price. Not even the basics were done right — even the rice was soggy and oily. Staff Behavior: 0/10 The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were disturbing them by just being there. No greetings, no smile, no hospitality — just annoyed looks and cold responses. When we tried to ask for recommendations or get some clarity on the menu, we were either ignored or responded to in a very dismissive tone. Service: 0/10 This part was the most frustrating. The staff was literally glued to a television watching IPL throughout our time there. Nobody paid attention to the customers. We had to beg for someone to take our order, and even after that, they forgot half of it. We had to keep reminding them again and again about the dishes we had already ordered — it was like they just didn’t care. At one point, three staff members were standing behind the counter laughing and shouting at the cricket match while customers were waiting for water, plates, and food. It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall Experience: - 0 This place is a perfect example of how NOT to run a restaurant. No sense of service, no passion for food, and absolutely no respect for the customer’s time or money. I left the place angry, hungry, and deeply disappointed. Final Verdict: Avoid this place at all costs. There are far better restaurants around with actual service, edible food, and staff that knows what hospitality means. Worst service. Had gone to celebrate my uncle's wedding Anniversary. started at 8.45 pm with soup and starters order. Though late, starter served before soup. It's been 65 mins and still waiting for dinner, its 10.51 pm now btw. Children in the group ate the Anniversary cake and slept off.... Will never ever visit the place nor recommend to any one.
