I usually have a great experience at the Chai Fusion—good food, nice ambiance, and friendly service. But this time, I was overcharged. Being Independence Day and a rainy day, I decided to head there for a cup of tea and some quick bites. The owner recommended the tricolour platter consisting of a beverage of your choice, veg pesto pasta (no veggies), garlic bread and cheesy fries.Even though it was a vegetarian platter, I was billed at the non-veg platter rate. When I asked the lady at the front desk, initially she said there was an error in the bill but quickly responded saying, "Non-veg charges apply even for vegetarian meals” which makes no sense.As a regular customer, I expect fair pricing and hope such billing issues are corrected.

Have ordered Americano many times and each time I receive half the quantity of it post spillage due to low quality paper cup used and not packed properly.
